Obama thanks Cork for gesture

Barrack Obama has sent a text from his blackberry to all his friends and supporters in Cork after a spy sattelite took a picture of the street named after him in Cork city. The pole is from a picket made for the striking Cork hurlers. The president has already said he would talk to the rebels, any rebels, once they didn’t have weapons, so he won’t talk to the hurlers.

The text reads  ‘thnx 4 de shout out lds, nce 1, dat a hurley stcking outta de wall?’
